“Quality education that prepares our children for success in high school and beyond is a priority for me. I’m a firm believer in the success of an IB curriculum and offering this at Inderkum will better prepare our children for success in the future and enhance our community. I look forward to our first graduating IB class!”

“As parents, we need to be more involved in our children’s education. A good education is the best gift you can give your child. I am committed in bringing the IB program to Inderkum High so our children can take advantage of it. Looking forward to making this a reality.”

“The Natomas community can be proud of the parks and great neighbors among many things. I want to be proud to have a local high school that offers a internationally recognized program. I look forward to having an IB diploma program as an option for when my children are older.”

“As a mother of two, I am honored to be a part of this long awaited IB program that this community is craving for. We deserve to have quality education of this caliber for our Natomas kids and the option to provide education that allows our students to excel academically and beyond. That is why I am committed to making this program a dream come true.”

“Natomas is one of the most culturally diverse school districts in the nation. Our academic programs need to mirror this diversity. In addition to implementing programs to increase graduation rates, obtain English literacy, and reduce dropouts, we need to ensure that no student in this District is deprived of the opportunity to meet his or her potential. This school year alone, NUSD is losing $75,000 because of students who left Inderkum High to attend the IB program at Mira Loma. Offering the IB program at Inderkum will improve NUSD’s fiscal situation, attract more families to the area, and be a major step in fulfilling the promises that were made as this community was developed.”

“I support IB, because I think it’s important to give our children as many options as possible to prepare them for college and IB does that. It’s challenging, tough and prepares them for their future. This program will be a win-win situation for our children, NUSD, and the Natomas community!”

“I firmly believe that students will strive to meet the challenges presented to them. By offering our local high school students the opportunity to challenge themselves with the rigorous education of an IB program, we give them the chance to rise above the minimum requirements and perform at a higher, internationally-recognized level, enabling students to truly reach their full potential.”
